There are a number of options available, depending on the exact nature of your problem:
a) If you have inserted the CD-Rom and nothing has happened, click on the Windows Start button and select "Run...". Type "D:\START.EXE" (Where D: is the letter of your CD Drive) then click
"OK". This should start the installation program. b) If you have inserted the CD-Rom and are seeing an error message, such as "General Protection Fault", this can be caused by a virus checker or other

What is the current status of the Online Resource Bank server?
(01) OK: No problems reported..
Why am I getting the message "The Server could not be contacted"?
If the server is currently active, then this message indicates that there is a problem with your Internet connection. If you connect to the Internet using
AOL, then you are likely to see this message. This is because AOL use a non-standard type of Internet connection. If you are having problems with your Internet connection, or if you are an AOL
user who would like access to the ORB, you will need to connect using a standard dial-up connection. For simplicity, we would suggest using the following Internet service provider: Service provider name:
UK2NET Dial-up number: 0845 6091370 (local rate) Username: Not required Password: Not required You do not need to register for this service, just enter the above details in
your dial-up networking folder. This will allow you to access the ORB using a standard Internet connection.

General Questions
The software is asking for my licence details, but I can't find them/dont have any. What should I do?
All licenced users of Literacy & Numeracy Complete should have a licence name and licence number. We distribute these licence numbers in the following
ways: If you bought directly from us by phone/fax/post or website, we will send you licence details along with your software. You will find the licence
details in the 'documents enclosed' plastic wallet that is attached to the outer software packaging. If you bought at a conference/show or training session, then you
probably took the software away with you. We will send on your licence details by post usually within 5 working days. If you bought from a distributor, such as RM or REM, then you will need to
contact us for your licence details. We can issue your licence details over the phone. If you have mislaid your licence details or think that you never received any
, please get in touch and we will give them to you by phone or email.
