Setting up children
Its very easy to put
your children into the system. You can add them directly, or 'paste' them in from any other program.
Planning
There is an easy to use calendar on which you can store all of your planning.
Double-click on a day to start writing a plan. The Planning Screen will then appear. This screen lets you select objectives from the
Foundation Stage and Early Learning Goals:
Then you can write your plans. The planning grid default to the QCA recommended planning grid for Foundation Stage. You can change this to
suit your needs.
When you've written the plan, click Save & Finish. Your plan will be stamped onto the planner:
Thats it!
You can create more plans in the same way, then use the flexible printing features to print your plans.
There is also a record keeping screen where you can keep track of how your children are progressing.
